Parking is prohibited on Township Roads during snow emergencies. It is also unlawful for residents to deposit snow, ice, dirt, leaves, mud or any other matter detrimental to the free movement of the traffic on any street or highway or any public property in the Township of Center.
The Center Township Road Department employs six full-time employees. They maintain the Township’s approximate 50 miles of roads and are responsible for road maintenance, storm drain work, street signs, mowing, winter snow and ice removal and mechanical maintenance of Township-owned vehicles and equipment.
